Today, Laura and I ran a Passover 15K (9.3 miles). To the tune of "Echad Mi Yodea":

1 is running up Semillion.

2 is the Scripps Ranch neighborhood.
3; who knows 3?
3 is equivalent to a lap around the lake remaining.
4; who knows 4?
4 is down Scripps Lake Blvd.
5; who know 5?
5 is a potty break.
6; who knows 6?
6 is the hardest mile of all.
7; who knows 7?
7 is where our watches died.
8; who knows 8?
8 is up Fairbrook.
9; who knows 9;
9 is almost shower time.
9.3; who knows 9.3?
